Jennifer Xiao is an extremely talented, funny, cool, smart, professional, hard working, humble, and award winning freelance illustrator. She designs and illustrates all of the merchandise that you can buy here. 

Some items are fulfilled by me (Jennifer) and most others are shipped by Beezer Printing.

FAQ

Can I return or exchange my order? 
Not in all cases but get in touch using the contact form on the site (no exchanges at this time). Shipping costs must be covered by you and you can only be refunded for the product price. You can only return items within 10 days of receiving it. If the product is damaged or cannot be resold for some reason then you will not receive a refund.

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

I put the wrong shipping address!!
If you made a mistake in your shipping address contact me immediately to have it changed. If the package is returned back, then it can be reshipped out for an additional shipping fee. All shipping fees are paid directly to carriers and we do not get these fees back even if a delivery fails.

My package was marked delivered but I don't see it?
There's nothing I can do once a package is marked delivered. It's very common for USPS to mark a package as delivered a day or two before it's actually delivered. Once I drop a package off at the post office it is up to USPS to deliver it and I cannot be held responsible for missing packages. I don't work for USPS and I have the same amount of tracking info as you do.

When are you restocking ___?
If an item is out of stock you can sign up for an email alert when it is restocked on the product page. You can also follow my instagram (and watch my stories on there) for the most recent alerts about any restocks. Some items are not restocked. 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
International shipping is available, but please note that it can take awhile. You are responsible for paying any extra duties or taxes that your country imposes on international orders. 

Why am I being asked to pay extra fees in order to get my package?
International orders are subject to your country's tax and duty fees. These are outside of my control and you have to pay them in order to receive your package.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
It can take 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Due to COVID-19, some orders may be delayed up to one month.
